A. Tiki Oasis is the largest annual Tiki gathering in the world with four nights of live entertainment, vendor marketplace, car show, poolside entertainment, Tiki Tots activities, and symposiums with top experts in history, mixology, music and more.
A. All Tiki Oasis guests automatically receive free late check out of 12 noon, later check out of 2pm available by request 24 hours before check out. If you check out after 2pm you will incur a $50 late fee.
A. Parking at the hotel is a hefty $14 fee. There is no parking on the street in front of hotel. Unofficially there is parking in the lot behind AAA (Auto Club) about two blocks away after 6pm on Saturday and all day Sunday. No overnight parking. Tiki Oasis and/or Crowne Plaza are not responsible for any fees or towing incurred when parking in this lot.
A. Sorry No, You must purchase tickets separately through this website or through eventbrite to be admitted to any of Tiki Oasis's events such as the main stage showcase, midnight burlesque show, and special room party events.
A. You may purchase a single night ticket for Thursday or Sunday only. We believe that Tiki Oasis is best experienced if you attend the full weekend of events and highly recommend our basic pass that covers Thursday –Saturday night main showcase.. oh this pass also includes admission to the Midnight Burlesque show!
A. Tiki Oasis Event Tickets are non-refundable after Friday August 1st! This includes tickets to the showcase, symposiums, pin-up photo session and special events.
A. Yes the car show and our Tiki Oasis art show are open to the public and you may check those out without a full weekend pass. You may also purchase a la carte tickets to attend any of our daytime symposiums.
A. Tiki Oasis is proud of our safe environment where everyone can feel like they can have a great time and feel safe at the safe time. As per other large scale event, we have a no weapons policy. Please read this entire policy before attending Tiki Oasis.
Prop weapons will be allowed providing they are composed of cardboard, foam, wood, plastic or other light materials. Prop firearms are allowed only if they cannot be mistaken for real weapons. The barrel of all prop firearms must be covered with brightly-colored orange caps. Inspectors and Security will be on hand to assess all weapons.
Get creative with your costumes but just be smart and safe about it!
