Phast n' Bulbous

Phast n' Bulbous

Phast 'n' Bulbous is a poetry with a beat combo that performed in Hollywood coffee houses, night clubs and performance art showcases during the late Eighties. It consisted of bongo player Paul Body; stand-up bass player John Ciambotti; Bernadette Sabath on pocket trumpet, dancing and magic; and featured the psychedelic poetry and saxophone stylings of Phast Phreddie Patterson. Around 1987, the group made a cool video for the "Cutting Edge" MTV show. When Phast Phreddie moved to New York in August of 1991, the group ceased to exist. Ms. Sabath now lives in Hawaii. Mr. Ciamboitti passed away in 2010. However, Paul Body and Phast Phreddie will bring the group together with a couple new members to play a special performance at Tiki Oasis 2014. Love is the ultimate trip!
