Step into a technicolor world of swirling patterns, bold pop art, and fabulous floral fashion! This hands-on seminar explores the vibrant visual style of the psychedelic 1960s and how flower adornments became iconic symbols of self-expression, peace, and creativity. Participants will create their own retro-inspired hair flower piece using bright fabrics, vintage-inspired trims, and plenty of groovy flair. Craft, create, and get groovy!
Atalanta Jackson is a flower girl. She is always surrounded by flowers, even when sipping a Zombie in The Sip Ship, her home Tiki bar. Atalanta has been a professional florist since she was 15—tropical flowers are her favorite. In addition to her passion for flowers, she loves driving her 1965 Chevy Corvair and remodeling vintage RVs.
