Julio ‘Jules’ Gutierrez is the acclaimed bartender behind the traveling bar project, Chuntikis. Traveling throughout the western states and south of the border with his signature pop-ups, he’s gained recognition in the cocktail and Tiki community. Gutierrez was named an Imbibe 75 Person to Watch in 2023 and was featured as a Savage Fenty model highlighting his “body” of work. He not only offers inventive, immersive drinks but also fosters cultural education and representation within the craft cocktail and tropical scene. @Chuntikis
