Tim “Swanky” Glazner is the author of Mai‑Kai: History & Mystery of the Iconic Tiki Restaurant, co-founder of The Hukilau event, and the official Mai‑Kai historian. He’s associate producer of the Donn Beach documentary, creator of the Grogalizer cocktail app, and a tiki mug producer. Based in Knoxville, his home bar, the Hapa Haole Hideaway, showcases his passion for Polynesian art, pop and Mid‑century artifacts.
