Ian Burrell is a global drinks personality from the UK. As Global Ambassador of Rum, he is also the founder of RumFest and holds a Guinness World Record for the largest rum tasting. He is the author of “Rum A Tasting Course,” is in the Bar World Top 50, and received the 2025 Helen David Lifetime Achievement award for services to Rum.
