Join us for this powerhouse panel discussion with San Diego’s finest homegrown Tiki bartenders who are movers and shakers in the cocktail community worldwide. Topics will include hot takes on the modern state of cocktials, mastering craft tropical cocktails, designing and opening bars worldwide, and competing in national bartender competitions. Featuring San Diego's own; Daniel “Doc” Parks (Doc Parks Designs), Adam Rains (The Golden Tiki), John Holt (False Idol), and Kimberly Grilc (The Kazan Room). Brandon J. Grilc is the co-owner of The Kazon Room in Kobe, Japan. Daniel ‘Doc’ Parks is a hospitality consultant and bartender known for opening Pagan Idol, Zombie Village, and Wilfred’s Lounge. Adam Rains is Beverage Director and Lead Bartender at the Golden Tiki in Las Vegas and the 2019 Nevada Restaurant Association’s “Drink Specialist of the Year.” John Holt is the head bartender at False Idol. Kimberly Grilc co-owns The Kazan Room and is a two-time national bartender finalist (Japan).
